En tant que PMO démantèlement au sein d'un de nos clients, acteur majeur de l'industrie chimique, vous serez chargé de coordonner et de superviser les activités liées au démantèlement, assurant le respect des délais, des coûts et des normes de sécurité.1. Coordination de Projet :Planifier et organiser les activités de démantèlement.Assurer la coordination entre les différentes équipes (techniques, sécurité, logistique, etc.).Gérer les ressources humaines et matérielles nécessaires au projet.2. Gestion de la Documentation :Élaborer et maintenir à jour la documentation de projet (plans de démantèlement, procédures, rapports d'avancement).Veiller à la conformité des documents avec les réglementations et les normes internes.3. Suivi et Reporting :Suivre les indicateurs de performance du projet (KPI).Préparer et présenter des rapports réguliers à la direction et aux parties prenantes.Identifier les risques et proposer des actions correctives.4. Contrôle Budgétaire :Superviser le budget du projet et assurer le suivi des dépenses.Préparer des estimations budgétaires et gérer les prévisions financières.5. Conformité et Sécurité :Veiller au respect des normes de sécurité et des régulations environnementales.Participer aux audits de sécurité et d'environnement.Sensibiliser les équipes aux enjeux de sécurité et de protection de l'environnement.
Formation : Bac+5 en ingénierie, gestion de projet ou équivalent.Expérience : Minimum 5 ans d'expérience en gestion de projets industriels, avec une expérience significative dans le démantèlement d'équipements.Compétences techniques : Maîtrise des outils de gestion de projet (MS Project, Primavera, etc.), connaissance des réglementations de sécurité et environnementales.Qualités personnelles : Capacité à travailler en équipe, rigueur, organisation, aptitude à résoudre les problèmes, bonnes compétences en communication.
