GESTIONNAIRE LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT & ENTRETIENS ANNUELS (M/F)

Ce poste est à pourvoir à temps plein, bénéficie du flexitime et est éligible au télétravail.

Votre mission :

Suivi et mise à jour des entretiens annuels :

  • Vous gérez l'ensemble de la gestion administrative liée aux entretiens annuels et répondez à toute question y relatives
  • Vous veillez au bon déroulement du processus en place et proposez des améliorations continues
  • Vous analysez et traitez les différents rapports Power BI relatifs aux entretiens annuels
  • Vous assurez le suivi des mobilités internes, des embauches, des licenciements, des démissions et des départs à la retraite de la maison-mère

Expertise et gestion des processus en place :

  • Vous devenez expert / experte des systèmes informatiques liés aux entretiens collaborateurs
  • Vous assistez l'équipe Leadership Développement & Change Management dans les tests des différents systèmes internes
  • Vous collaborez avec le Service Informatique et participez aux différentes réunions en lien avec le projet « entretiens annuels »

Gestion des formations pour les entretiens annuels :

  • Vous communiquez avec les collaborateurs et collaboratrices, gérez les inscriptions aux formations, effectuez des relances et envoyez les invitations via Outlook
  • Vous préparez les listes de présence, le matériel et les supports de formation

Votre profil :

  • Vous êtes titulaire :
    • soit d'un diplôme de fin d'études secondaires ou équivalent,
    • soit d'un diplôme de fin d'études secondaires techniques (division technique générale ou division administrative et commerciale) ou équivalent
  • Vous maîtrisez impérativement les langues française, luxembourgeoise et allemande à l'oral et à l'écrit
  • Vous maîtrisez les outils informatiques MS Office
  • Vous savez travailler de façon confidentielle et vous avez le sens des responsabilités
  • Vous faites preuve de rigueur et savez fixer des priorités
  • Vous avez un bon relationnel et une réelle orientation client
  • Vous disposez de capacités d'analyse et d'anticipation
  • Vous êtes dynamique et savez faire preuve de flexibilité
  • Vous avez la nationalité d'un pays membre de l'Union européenne.

Vos obligations administratives :

  • Une équivalence des diplômes étrangers vous sera demandée : pensez à introduire dès maintenant votre demande d'inscription au registre des titres auprès du Ministère de l'Enseignement supérieur et de la Recherche.
  • Un extrait de votre casier judiciaire luxembourgeois (bulletin numéro 3 et éventuellement numéro 4), - ainsi que de votre pays de résidence si vous n'êtes pas résident luxembourgeois - datant de moins de 3 mois sera également à présenter lors de la première entrevue.
