Afin de supporter la forte croissance du développement de la mobilité électrique en France, CIRCONTROL recherche actuellement un(e) Field Service Engineer pour notre division en France. MISSIONS et RESPONSABILITES :
- Ouverture et gestion des tickets SAV: prise en charge des appels entrants sur la ligne téléphonique et adresse e-mail dédiées SAV (helpdesk)
- Réalisation de diagnostics à distance et ponctuellement d'interventions sur site pour le dépannage de nos produits
- Assurer un support à distance (et ponctuellement sur site) lors des mises en service clients avec l'appui de nos experts techniques du siège.
- Réaliser les échanges standard et l'envoi de pièces détachées
- Support sur nos processus internes, documentations et logiciels fabricants.
- Suivi des actions en cours ou réalisées (logiciel de suivi dédié et CRM), envois et retours pièces détachées (RMA)
- Participation et animation aux sessions de formations dispensées en France et au siège à Barcelone
- Réaliser les reportings et éventuelles remontées d'alertes auprès de la hiérarchie

- Salaire négociable selon profil et expérience
PROFIL et COMPETENCES REQUISES :
- Issu(e) d'une formation technique en électrotechnique ou informatique
- + 2 années d'expériences sur un poste similaire
- Une première expérience dans le domaine de l'électromobilité serait idéale
- Formations P1, P2, P3 et MA1 seraient très appréciées
- Langue française maternelle et une bonne maitrise de l'anglais (lespagnol serait un plus)
- Bonne maitrise des outils suite Microsoft, CRM, et capacités de reporting
- Avoir un tempérament sociable avec la capacité de prendre des initiatives et être orienté(e) client
- Localisé(e) : Vélizy, 78 - Yvelines, et déplacements ponctuels sur sites client à prévoir
