Business Unit Sales Manager Personal Care

Poste : Rattaché hiérarchiquement au Directeur Général France et fonctionnellement au Business Line Director, le BU Sales Manager a la responsabilité de l'activité cosmétique / Personal Care sur le territoire national.

Ses principales responsabilités sont les suivantes :

- Etablir la stratégie commerciale et marketing du département Personal Care France
- Etablir, en collaboration avec la Direction Générale, le budget annuel
- Développer le CA en assurant la prospection de nouveaux clients et la fidélisation du portefeuille actuel
- Être l'interlocuteur privilégié de Grands Comptes cosmétiques afin de les accompagner techniquement et commercialement sur leurs besoins
- Réaliser des visites clients régulières sur le territoire national, notamment en Ile-de-France et dans le Sud-Est de la France
- Accompagner les clients dans la définition de leurs besoins et apporter, en lien avec la R&D et la Direction Commerciale, des solutions techniques pertinentes et innovantes (aide à la formulation).
- Collaborer avec le laboratoire et la R&D internationale pour le développement de nouveaux produits
- Manager hiérarchiquement une Assistante commerciale
- Participer à des actions d'évènementiel
- Assurer un rôle de veille technique et concurrentielle

Profil : De formation Ingénieur, voire d'Ecole de Management, vous présentez une expérience minimum de 5 ans en tant que Responsable de Business Unit, Directeur Commercial, voire de Key Account Manager, acquise au sein d'industries ou de distributeurs proposant des ingrédients chimiques et/ou biosourcés à destination du marché du Personal Care, de la cosmétique, du luxe, ou de la parapharmacie.

Stratège, autonome, organisé, rigoureux, vous faites preuve de réactivité et possédez un sens aigu de la relation client.

Mobile, vous suivez vos grands comptes avec diplomatie, efficacité, et leur apportez conseil, valeur ajoutée technique, et solutions innovantes.

Vous souhaitez rejoindre une filiale à taille humaine d'un groupe international qui développe son activité Personal Care.

Le poste peut être basé en Home Office. Des déplacements fréquents sont à prévoir sur le territoire national.

Anglais professionnel requis pour la collaboration avec l'équipe (commerciale et R&D) internationale.
