Missions
Rattaché à un Manager, nous cherchons 1-2 ressources pour nous accompagner sur une mission de 3 mois renouvelables (pouvant aboutir à un CDI).
La prise de poste est ASAP.
Nous sommes ouverts à un CDD ou à des Freelances.
Les Missions principales :
• Remplacement de 2 ressources en TMA SNOW chez un client majeur.
Connaissances ServiceNow et aussi EasyVista pour préparer une migration d'envergure.
Connaissances pour ce profil en gestion de projet.
• Les travaux demandés seront autour de workflows de base liés au référentiel ITIL, rien de majeur à développer sur SNOW (petites modifications)
• Il s’agit de profils développeurs (un qui fait du pilotage), il faudra pouvoir prendre en compte et traiter les modifications et être relation avec les personnes internes (sollicitation par ticket)
• Du plein temps sur site client à Puteaux (pendant les 3 premiers mois)
Une flexibilité TT à 2 jours / semaine mais attention, en raison d’une migration finalisée pour début d’année 2025, il faudrait y tenir compte
• Positionnement de deux ressources jusqu’à fin décembre, passation de deux semaines prévues avec les ressources actuelles à prévoir
• Sous-traitance possible pouvant déboucher sur une embauche en CDI si le projet de migration se pérennise
Connaissances Techniques souhaitées :
1. Connaissance de la plateforme EasyVista
2. Connaissance de la plateforme ServiceNow
3. Prérequis techniques
En tant que consultant ServiceNow, vous devez avoir une solide compréhension des concepts techniques fondamentaux. Cela inclut une connaissance approfondie du JavaScript, qui est le langage de programmation principal utilisé dans ServiceNow. Comprendre les concepts de base de données et des API
Le suivi
Votre Manager vous accompagnera au quotidien. En parallèle, la Direction des Ressources Humaines et l’équipe recrutement vont assurer votre bonne intégration au sein de nos équipes, en anticipant vos premiers pas chez SPIE ICS.
Ce programme d’on-boarding se fait sur site et au travers d’un parcours digitalisé avec des étapes clé, des points d’échanges et des moments de convivialité au sein des équipes.
L’évolution
L’implication, le sérieux et le dynamisme dont vous ferez preuve permettront à votre manager, ainsi qu’au service RH, de vous proposer différentes évolutions tout au long de votre carrière.
SPIE ICS promeut la mobilité interne au sein de la filiale et du Groupe (horizontale, verticale, géographique).
Profil
Vous justifiez impérativement d'une expérience significative, et sur des contextes techniques d’envergure sur ServiceNow et Easyvista.
Votre sens du service, votre enthousiasme et votre rigueur sont les conditions d’une intégration réussie au sein de SPIE ICS.
