About us

As one of the leading companies in the production and distribution of e-cigarettes and smoke-free devices, we're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Marketing Manager to join our team.

The Role

As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing plans to promote our brand's products in France. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure adequate resource planning and effective promotion of our products. Strong cross-functional skills, such as leadership, time management, and emotional intelligence, are essential for individual and team success.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing plans to promote our products, including advertising, promotions, events, and sponsorships across the French territory.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates our products in the market.
  • Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities in the Tobacco and Vaping market.
  • Analyze market data and consumer insights to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Manage the budget and timelines for marketing campaigns in collaboration with our internal marketing department.
  • Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing communications and channels.
  • Liaise with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing campaigns.
  • Knowledge of Jira and Microsoft Teams App to track and manage marketing task and projects with dedicated teams.
  • Knowledge of B2B and B2C sales channels and platforms such as Amazon.
  • Manage key clients in terms of marketing activities, product planning, and launch in new markets.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in marketing, preferably in the Tobacco and / or Vaping industry within the French territory.
  • Excellent knowledge of French and English or Italian languages.
  • Knowledge and use of marketing tools and platforms, such as social media, email marketing, and SEO/SEM.
  • Strong analytical skills to measure and report on marketing performance.
  • Good time management skills to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the industry.
