Job description
You will join a team of 20 highly qualified software developers, divided into 3 divisions (Audio, Graphics, Ecosystem), and will be more particularly assigned to the ecosystem team, which will enable you to work on two of Arturia's core products. This position includes a very strong project management dimension, giving you the opportunity to interact with the various business teams, in particular the product managers and the firmware team, and to contribute to the addition of new functionalities.
Your responsibilities will include
- Monitor the development of digital musical instruments and their user interfaces
- Coordinate the project team (sound designer, product manager, developers, testers) until the product delivery.
- Define and monitor the planning in collaboration with the product manager,
- Anticipate and report project risks.
- Develop specific product features up to production release.
- Contribute to software architecture
- Contribute to product performance and durability through code quality, merge requests and automated testing.
The first projects will be followed with a pair, to help entering into Arturia's process.

Description du poste
Vous rejoignez une équipe de 20 développeurs de logiciel hautement qualifiés, répartis dans 3 pôles (Audio, Graphique, Ecosystème) et serez plus particulièrement affecté à l'équipe écosystème, qui vous permettra d'évoluer sur deux produits phares d'Arturia. Ce poste inclut une très forte dimension de gestion de projet et vous permettra ainsi d'interagir avec les différentes équipes métiers, notamment les chefs de produit et l'équipe firmware et d'être force de proposition pour l'ajout de nouvelles fonctionnalités
Vos responsabilités seront les suivantes :
- Assurer le suivi du développement des instruments de musique numérique et de leurs interfaces utilisateurs
- Coordonner l'équipe projet (sound designer, product manager, développeurs, testeurs) jusqu'à la livraison du produit.
- Définir et suivre le planning en collaboration avec le chef de produit
- Anticiper et signaler les risques liés au projet.
- Développer certaines fonctionnalités du produit jusqu'à leur mise en production
- Contribuer à l'architecture logicielle
- Contribuer à la performance et à la durabilité des produits par la qualité du code, les demandes de fusion et les tests automatisés.
Les premiers projets seront se feront en binôme afin de faciliter l'entrée dans le processus d'Arturia.
Profile
- Master's degree or equivalent software engineering degree
- At least 5 years of experience in the development of C++ applications
- Fluent in English
- Knowledge of macOS (Xcode) and/or Windows (Visual Studio) and/or Linux development environments
- Ideally, you are familiar with scripting languages (Python, bash), continuous integration and automated testing tools (Jenkins, git, cppunit), and databases (SQL) and, Midi protocol.

Location: Montbonnot-Saint-Martin (near Grenoble, France), accessible by bus. Remote work possible up to 2 days a week.
Profil recherché
- Master ou diplôme équivalent en ingénierie logicielle
- Au moins 5 ans d'expérience dans le développement d'applications C++.
- Maîtrise de l'anglais
- Connaissance des environnements de développement MacOs (Xcode) et/ou Windows (Visual Studio) et/ou Linux.
- Idéalement, vous êtes familier avec les langages de script (Python, Bash), les outils d'intégration continue et de tests automatisés (Jenkins, git, cppunit), les bases de données (SQL) et le protocole Midi
- Un intérêt particulier pour la musique est un plus
