Poste : Rattaché(e) au Head Of Data & IA, vous rejoignez une équipe composée d'un Lead Data Engineer, d'un Data Sicentist et de deux autres Data Analyst et serez en charge de la construction des solutions d'analyse de données.
En collaboration étroite avec les équipes opérationnelles pour comprendre les métiers et les besoins, vous participez à l'exploitation de notre capital donnée et au développement d'une culture DATA & IA.
Ce poste est basé à Paris ou en full remote, la compétence avant tout, notre équipe est installée au 4 coins de la France
Missions :
- Développer des outils de data visualisation pour un suivi de la performance et des prises de décisions business
- Collaborer avec les équipes opérationnelles pour identifier et résoudre les problèmes liés aux données, en assurant la qualité et la cohérence des informations
- Participer à la définition des KPI et à la mise en place de mécanismes de suivi pour évaluer les performances de l'entreprise
- Identifier les opportunités d'optimisation des processus métier grâce à l'analyse des données
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les différentes équipes techniques du Groupe
Profil : Vous disposez d'au moins 5 ans d'expérience en tant que Data Analyst et avez une forte compréhension des concepts et méthodologies de l'analyse de données. Vous connaissez et maîtrisez une ou plusieurs solutions BI et avez une expérience avec DBT pour la construction d'entrepôt de données.
