Au sein d'une équipe de 4 personnes, vous occuperez le poste de conseiller en avant-vente. Vous serez en contact avec des clients du monde entier pour présenter la solution de cette startup, réaliser des démonstrations et des évaluations à distance, ainsi que des formations.
En tant que Technical Product Specialist, vos missions consisteront à :
- Présenter et démontrer la plateforme aux clients potentiels, en mettant en avant ses fonctionnalités et ses avantages en termes de sécurité.
- Collaborer avec l'équipe sales pour piloter l'étape d'évaluation technologique lors du processus de vente.
- Fournir un support technique pré-sales en répondant aux questions des clients et en les accompagnant dans la prise en main de la plateforme à travers des formations.
- Participer à des salons et des conférences pour promouvoir la plateforme et échanger avec les acteurs du secteur. Vous serez notamment amené à voyager pour rencontrer les clients et comprendre leurs besoins.
- Contribuer à la communication technique en rédigeant des articles de blogs ou en réalisant des présentations.
