De chez vous, du bureau, de chez le client, vous interviendrez sur les missions suivantes :
* Construire, réviser et tester les modèles financiers utilisés pour les mandats de fusions et acquisitions et de financement, ainsi que traduire l'analyse financière en recommandations concises des clients
* Diriger une équipe d'analystes dans la rédaction de mémorandums d'investissement et d'autres documents de marketing liés aux transactions ainsi que de présentations d'investissement internes et d'autres documents clients, le cas échéant
* Diriger et/ou aider à la coordination des activités de diligence raisonnable. Vous participerez à l'ensemble du processus d'exécution, y compris la coordination des flux de travail avec d'autres conseillers
De plus, vous devrez conduire et soutenir :
* Encadrement et formation des membres juniors de l'équipe
* Des activités de marketing à l'échelle de l'entreprise, y compris la rédaction d'argumentaires, la fourniture de conseils et de propositions stratégiques et l'aide à la génération d'idées et au brainstorming
* Etablir et renforcer les relations avec les clients nouveaux et existants
* Identifier les opportunités de marché potentielles
