IT Compliance Officer

En tant que membre de l'équipe Processus IT et Conformité, vous assurerez la définition, la conception et l'amélioration continue de nos processus IT et de la conformité.
Plus précisément, vous rejoindrez la division Conformité IT.
Surveillez les contrôles IT et IS, qui sont audités chaque année dans le cadre de la mission de l'auditeur, et assurez-vous que ces contrôles sont essentiels pour nos certifications ISO27001 et ISMS.
Collaborez avec les équipes IT mondiales, les équipes d'audit interne et l'équipe de sécurité des systèmes d'information.
Gérez l'orchestration et le suivi des livraisons de preuves des ITGC (Contrôle Général IT).
Assurez la conformité des preuves avec notre politique documentaire requise pour la certification.
Créez et maintenez les indicateurs clés de performance (KPI) pertinents et mettez au défi les responsables.
Maintenez et améliorez notre Système de Gestion Documentaire (DMS) pour les preuves ITGC afin d'accueillir les livrables pour de nouvelles certifications ou audits (SOC2 T2, OLA, ISO27001, TISAX, Medidata ITGC, etc.).
Travaillez avec les responsables de la gestion des documents IT pour étudier la migration du DMS existant vers une solution identique.
Qualifications
Recherche un rôle avec une spécialisation en IT, systèmes d'information, gestion des risques, contrôle interne ou conformité.
Expérience avec des méthodes de gestion de projet sur des sujets techniques.
Familiarité avec des certifications telles que ISMS, ISO27001, ISO9000, etc.
Bon niveau d'anglais, capacité d'adaptation, sens de la rigueur et de l'organisation.
Capacité à travailler de manière autonome ainsi qu'en équipe.
Bonnes compétences rédactionnelles.
