EMEA Regional Allocator H/F

MONCLER is looking for an EMEA REGIONAL ALLOCATOR based in Paris to join its dynamic EMEA Corporate teams.
Reporting to the EMEA Planning and Allocation Manager you will be responsible of a geographic zone inside the EMEA region with the goals of ensuring the best stock distribution through daily allocation and replenishment activities and the definition of the different strategies of stock optimization. You will become the go-to person in the merchandising, stores and logistics teams for everything related to stock and allocation.
YOUR CHALLENGES
- Carry out the daily allocation and replenishment activities to ensure prompt and effective distribution of stock and secure that target store stock levels are maintained.
- Responsible for setting up and continually evaluating replenishment parameters to always maintain the correct level of stock in stores.
- Maximizing stock opportunities through stock transfers between regions, assortments adjustments and newness allocations.
- Responsible for maintaining proper inventory levels, inclusive of safety stock, in both the distribution center and stores to maximize sales and profitability.
- Create standard analysis to understand business trends and stock situation. Report to management and action on outcome on this analysis.
- Work together with Logistic and Retail Operations to define the delivery plan by store considering distributive constraints and to monitor the delivery of products to the stores and regional warehouse.
- Liaise with Area Managers and stores on a regular basis with reference to stock issues and delivery information. Building and maintaining strong relationships with stores, through constant interaction and helping where needed.
- Be a key player in supporting and working cross functionally with the departments of Buying, Visual Merchandising and HQ Allocation teams.
- Being part of the team responsible for building store packages for new store launches and relocations.
ABOUT YOU
- Experience: 2-5 years of Allocation/Distribution Experience.
- Commercial awareness and retail mindset.
- Confident, proactive and able to think creatively when problem solving.
- Enthusiastic, self-confident and self-motivated. Shows ambition to drive through initiatives and change to achieve company targets.
- Willing to adapt and take on new challenges and driven to continually improve.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills whilst able to prioritize workload accordingly.
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate business trends and draw actionable conclusions to maximize business opportunities.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and effectively negotiate with cross functional business partners.
- Possess a working knowledge of financial measurements and how to impact them.
- Excellent team player who is collaborative in their approach.
- Advanced level of excel knowledge with aptitude to learn technical software and operative tools.
