Job Description

We're looking for our future Career &Talent Manager

Reporting to Salomon's HR Director, your mission will be to develop and manage talent management and career development policies, in line with the company's strategic objectives and HR ambitions, while ensuring a match between short- and medium-term skills requirements, employees' individual aspirations, and available career opportunities.

More specifically, you will:

  • Conducts studies on projected changes in organization, workforce, professions and skills, in coordination with HRBPs and the HRIS and data manager.
  • Set up and lead workshops on forward-looking analysis of skills development, based on market trends and technological developments.
  • Define, propose and manage talent management policy, including talent identification, succession planning, mobility and development needs.
  • Manage the updating, creation and maintenance of HR tools linked to employability: job descriptions, skills descriptions, etc.
  • Design, propose and implement a vision of possible career paths within the company.
  • Design and implement an internal mobility policy (mobility committee, people review, succession plan, etc.).
  • Participate in defining the company's employment policy = GEPP, gender equality, employment of seniors, employment of disabled workers, etc.
  • Collaborate with other HR teams to ensure alignment of policies to attract and develop the talent and skills required for the company's success.
  • Define and monitor KPIs to assess and measure the impact and performance of the initiatives developed.
  • Manage or contribute to the implementation of strategic projects and support change management in collaboration with existing HR teams.
  • Propose changes to existing tools, processes, and programs.

Nous recherchons notre futur(e)Responsable Carrières et Talents

Rattaché(e) à la Directrice RH Salomon, votre mission sera dedévelopper et piloter la politique de gestion des talents et des parcours professionnels, en cohérence avec les objectifs stratégiques de l’entreprise et les ambitions RH, tout en assurant l’adéquation entre les besoins en compétences court et moyen terme, les aspirations individuelles des salariés, et les opportunités professionnelles disponibles.

Plus précisément, vous serez amené(e) à :

  • Réaliser des études sur l’évolution prévisionnelle de l’organisation, des effectifs, des métiers et des compétences, en coordination avec les HRBP et le responsable SIRH et data.
  • Mettre en place et animer des groupes de travail sur l’analyse prospective de l’évolution des compétences, en fonction des tendances du marché et des évolutions technologiques.
  • Définir, proposer et piloter la politique de gestion des talents, notamment l’identification des talents, les plans de succession, la mobilité et les besoins de développement.
  • Piloter la mise à jour ou la création, et le maintien des outils RH liés à l’employabilité : fiches emplois, fiches compétences,
  • Construire, proposer et déployer la vision des parcours professionnels possibles au sien de l’entreprise
  • Développer et animer la politique de mobilité interne (comité mobilité, revue people, plan de succession, …).
  • Participer à la définition de la politique emploi de l’entreprise = GEPP, égalité hommes-femmes, emploi des seniors, emploi des travailleurs handicapés, …
  • Collaborer avec les autres équipes du service RH afin d’assurer un alignement des politiques favorisant l’attraction et le développement des talents et des compétences nécessaires au succès de l’entreprise.
  • Définir et suivre les KPIs permettant d’évaluer et mesurer l’impact et la performance des initiatives développées.
  • Gérer ou le cas échéant contribuer à la mise en œuvre de projets stratégiques et accompagner la gestion du changement en collaboration avec les équipes RH existantes.
  • Proposer des évolutions d'outils, processus et programmes existants.



Qualifications

  • Required experience:
    • Minimum 8 to 10 years' professional experience in HR, with significant expertise in talent management, PPIM, internal mobility, etc.
    • Experience in international and matrix environment.
  • Education: Master's degree in HR, work psychology, or equivalent.
  • Specific skills:
    • Innovation: ability to not only execute new ideas and improvements already designed, but also bring innovations from multiple outputs.

    • Collaboration: ability to work witrh peers and partners to drive results and improve performance, sharing best practices.

    • Strategic skills: ability to analyze problems and develop successful company-wide strategies.

  • Foreign language(s): Fluency in English and French
  • IT skills: proficiency in MS Office suite, knowledge of Workday or other HRIS systems

  • Expériences requises:

    • Min. 8ans d’expérience professionnelle dans le domaine des RH avec une expertise dans la gestion des talents, GEPP, mobilité interne

    • Expérience dans un environnement international et matriciel

  • Enseignement: Bac + 5 en Ressources Humaines souhaité, psychologie du travail ou domaine connexe.

  • Compétences spécifiques:

    • Innovation: la capacité non seulement d’exécuter de nouvelles idées et des améliorations déjà conçues, mais aussi d’apporter des innovations à partir de multiples sources.

    • Collaboration: la capacité de travailler avec des pairs et des partenaires pour obtenir des résultats et améliorer les performances, en partageant les meilleures pratiques.

    • Compétences stratégiques: la capacité d'analyser des problèmes et de développer des stratégies efficaces à l'échelle de l'entreprise

  • Langue(s) étrangère(s): anglais et français courant

  • Compétences informatiques: maîtrise du pack Office, connaissance de Workday ou d'autres SIRH
