Vos missions
Au sein du service Fiscalité, vous managez l'équipe Support Fiscal, composée d'une dizaine de personnes, experts de la fiscalité des revenus des valeurs mobilières
Attentif à la qualité des prestations et à l'amélioration des processus, vos missions portent sur le pilotage des activités de l'équipe concernant :
· l'on boarding des clients
· la veille fiscale et la documentation fiscale afin d'informer les clients et de répondre à leurs demandes sur les évolutions fiscales et les spécificités réglementaires
· le Déclaratif fiscal : gestion de l'émission des déclarations fiscales, reporting de la base déclarative fiscale, réalisation des communications fiscales internes et externes (clientèle française et étrangère)
En tant que référent, votre rôle recouvre :
· l'animation de l'équipe : planification des activités, recrutement, accompagnement des collaborateurs, communication
· l'optimisation des procédures des traitements fiscaux pour les clients, en particulier les traitements à la source
· la détermination des impacts des modifications conventionnelles et la définition des procédures de traitement des dossiers
. les relations clients et interservices : participer aux projets avec les autres services dans le cadre de l'amélioration des processus, accompagner le Responsable Service et/ou le Sales manager en clientèle
