Le/la Project Manager a pour rôle de piloter, animer et organiser les projets d'aménagements de bureaux en mettant en oeuvre une méthodologie de gestion de projet.
Vos missions :
- Planification : élaborer un plan de projet complet, définir les objectifs, créer des calendriers et allouer les ressources de manière efficace.
- Budgétisation : gérer les budgets du projet, suivre les dépenses et assurer le contrôle des coûts tout au long du projet.
- Communication : analyser le besoin de nos clients afin de leur proposer une solution adéquate, assurer la coordination avec les parties prenantes, les clients, les fournisseurs et les membres de l'équipe de projet afin de garantir la clarté des objectifs et des attentes.
- Gestion des risques : identifier les risques potentiels, élaborer des stratégies d'atténuation et traiter de manière proactive tout problème susceptible de survenir au cours du projet.
- Contrôle de la qualité : superviser la qualité de l'exécution, des matériaux et des finitions afin de garantir la conformité avec les spécifications du projet et les normes industrielles.
- Gestion du calendrier : contrôler les échéances du projet, identifier les activités critiques et prendre des mesures proactives en cas de retard afin de maintenir le projet sur la bonne voie.
- Direction d'équipe : motiver et guider les membres de l'équipe projet, répartir les tâches, donner des orientations et résoudre les conflits afin d'assurer la bonne exécution du projet.
- Relations avec les clients : entretenir des relations étroites avec les clients, fournir des mises à jour régulières sur le projet, répondre à leurs préoccupations et veiller à leur satisfaction.
- Documentation : maintenir une documentation méticuleuse sur le projet, y compris les contrats, les ordres de modification, les rapports d'avancement et autres documents pertinents.
- Développer et améliorer les synergies entre le pôle FM (Facility Management) et PM (Project Management).
- Organiser et piloter le déménagement des collaborateurs durant les phases de travaux dans un milieu occupé.
- Solide compétence technique dans les différents lots du projet.
- Evaluation de l'après-projet : procéder à un examen a posteriori du projet afin d'évaluer les enseignements tirés, d'identifier les domaines à améliorer et d'assurer le développement continu de la gestion du projet.
