Job Purpose:
We are seeking an OT Cybersecurity Engineer to enhance the cybersecurity governance of Operations Technologies (OT) for projects at T.EN’s Paris Operating Centre in Nanterre. The role involves contributing to Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and commissioning activities at both FEED and EPC stages across various process industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with control systems’ SMEs and engineers to design, implement, and support cybersecurity for networked and non-networked OT systems.
- Review OT architecture, perform risk assessments, and ensure compliance with IEC 62443 standards.
- Define and implement OT cybersecurity strategies, assess risks, and manage vendor cybersecurity requirements.
- Conduct Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT), and support OT Asset Management.
- Lead incident response in the OT environment and deliver training to vendors and project members.
Reporting Lines and Interactions:
- Functionally reports to Head of OT Cybersecurity Operations Centre.
- Operationally reports to Information Security Project Manager.
- Collaborates with internal teams, vendors, clients, and discipline engineers.
Profile:
Must-Have:
- Strong understanding of OT and cybersecurity risks in industrial environments.
- Experience with PLCs, SCADA, DCS, and Safety Systems (SIS).
Nice-to-Have:
- Certification or knowledge of IEC 62443.
- Proficiency in IT and OT network communication protocols and packet analysis.
- Familiarity with OT and IT architecture, machine and network virtualization, and traditional control systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (e.g., instrumentation control, electrical, computer engineering, or computer science).
- At least 1 year of experience in the Oil & Gas industry or similar contexts, with onshore and offshore project execution experience.
