Vous travaillerez principalement en collaboration avec l'équipe Data Lab qui a un objectif simple néanmoins ambitieux : valoriser les données santé qui se trouvent dans les documents médicaux. Grâce à l'IA et à la supervision humaine, nous souhaitons structurer les données cliniques pour améliorer la recherche clinique. Il existe de nombreuses applications : recrutement de patients pour des essais cliniques, constitution de cohortes de patients autour d'une maladie particulière ou avancée des diagnostics des maladies rares. L'équipe crée un produit révolutionnaire et Lifen a un positionnement unique dans l'accès aux données de santé.
Lifen recherche un Legal Counsel - droit du numérique / protection des données personnelles, pour rejoindre son équipe juridique qui comprend une Head of Legal, une Legal Counsel junior et un(e) stagiaire. Nous recherchons quelqu'un ayant l'expérience nécessaire pour travailler en autonomie sur différents sujets dans un environnement juridique / réglementaire complexe et stimulant. Vous travaillerez sous la responsabilité directe de la Head of Legal.
Vos principales missions en tant que Legal Counsel
- Rédaction et revue de contrats clients dans un cadre réglementaire complexe (RGPD, LIL, méthodologies de référence de la CNIL et autres réglementation applicable, propriété intellectuelle) ;
- Evaluation, en collaboration avec l'équipe Compliance, des cadres réglementaires applicables à différents projets et/ou contrats ;
- Travail en direct avec les différentes équipes de l'entreprise pour fournir des conseils juridiques nécessaires, notamment équipes projets et produit ;
- Coordination et collaboration avec les conseils juridiques externes ;
- Participation aux discussions entre Lifen et les différentes administrations clés sur les sujets du numérique en santé et des données de santé ;
- Veille juridique sur ces sujets ;
- Assister le reste de l'équipe juridique sur ses priorités le cas échéant ;
Les tâches ci-dessus peuvent s'appliquer à des projets pour notre filiale anglaise
Le profil que nous recherchons
Vous possédez un niveau Master 2 minimum avec minimum 4 ans d'expérience professionnelle dans le domaine du droit du numérique et de la protection des données de santé
Avoir une expérience au sein du pôle innovation d'un établissement de santé serait un plus
Vous détenez une expérience prouvée dans la conduite de projets juridiques complexes, vous faites preuve de résilience et d'optimisme
Vous avez une première expérience dans le domaine de la santé, idéalement auprès d'établissements de santé et/ou une connaissance fine de l'écosystème de la santé
Vous aimez venir plusieurs jours par semaine au bureau car l'équipe est majoritairement en présentiel
Vous disposez de grandes qualités relationnelles et vous êtes capable d'adapter votre approche en fonction du client et de son profil
Vous aimez travailler en autonomie et vous disposez d'un niveau d'anglais courant
Vous êtes capable de monter en compétences sur des sujets complexes et/ou sensibles divers : réglementaires, contractuels, business et produit.
Fourchette de rémunération pour ce poste : 50k-70k
