De chez vous, du bureau, de chez le client, vous interviendrez sur les missions suivantes :

- Accompagnement de programmes de transformation impactant les fonctions Finance et Fiscalité de nos clients Assurance et de projets réglementaires (IFRS 17, Group TVA, BEPS 2.0, etc.) :

* Assistance au pilotage de programmes et projets à forts enjeux,
* Cadrage et aide aux choix de solutions,
* Etude d'impact sur le système d'information et les processus cibles,
* Conception, déploiement et recette de solutions cibles,
* Accompagnement au changement.

- Amélioration de l'efficacité opérationnelle des processus et systèmes Finance/Fiscalité

* Analyse de l'existant et identification de zone d'efficience,
* Automatisation et optimisation de processus.

- Sécurisation des programmes de transformation assurance complexes.

- Accompagnement aux revues de projets et diagnostics IT IFRS 17.

- Assistance à l'intégration / séparation lors de rapprochement d'activités Assurance/Réassurance : assistance au pilotage projet, analyse des impacts sur les systèmes d'information et les processus, définition de processus et cartographies cibles, définition d'un plan de migration et assistance au Day 1 et/ou post deal.
