Intégré(e) à la Direction Digitale du Groupe et sous la responsabilité du Responsable Data & Intelligence Artificielle, votre rôle consistera à participer à l'élaboration de la stratégie d'IA ainsi qu'à soutenir la transformation digitale au sein du Groupe Legrand.


Activités principales


- Élaboration de la stratégie IA : Vous participerez à l'élaboration de la stratégie à long terme et de la planification stratégique IA du Groupe, afin d'identifier les priorités ainsi que les perspectives de croissance qui optimisent la valeur ajoutée pour l’entreprise.


- Pilotage de projets IA : En étroite collaboration avec les divers services du groupe, vous serez responsable de la conduite des projets IA :

  • Vous identifierez les cas d'usage qui correspondent au mieux aux besoins spécifiques de l'entreprise,
  • Vous superviserez l'avancement des projets en conformité avec le calendrier établi, en collaboration étroite avec les équipes informatiques et opérationnelles,
  • Vous établirez, mettrez en œuvre et suivrez les indicateurs clés pour évaluer la performance des projets et garantir un retour sur investissement profitable,
  • Vous orchestrerez le déploiement des projets à une échelle internationale


- Management du changement : Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans le processus de gestion du changement, en aidant à l'implémentation et à l’adoption des nouvelles technologies d'intelligence artificielle dans l'entreprise.


- Surveillance des innovations : Vous suivrez attentivement les évolutions des solutions d'intelligence artificielle présentes sur le marché et leur éventuelle intégration dans le domaine du business.


Le poste est éligible au télétravail (jusqu’à 2 jours de télétravail par semaine possible) dans le respect de l’accord d’entreprise.


Le poste est basé à Bagnolet (93), mais possibilité d’être basé à Limoges (87).


Compétences requises


  • Vous avez une solide compréhension des fonctions de l’entreprise ainsi que des technologies d’IA et de leur application.
  • Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme (d’ingénieur ou d’école de commerce) avec une spécialisation de préférence dans les domaines de l'intelligence artificielle.
  • Vous maîtrisez le management de projets transversaux,
  • Vous avez une appétence pour les technologies et la capacité à les vulgariser,
  • Vous avez une orientation business et résultats,
  • Vous maîtrisez le français et l’anglais, à l’écrit comme à l’oral.
