Founded in 2006 by David Loewi, the mission has always been the same, to provide each and every guest with a luxury experience when stepping foot into our restaurants, bars and hotel.
Alcazar:
Nestled in the 6th arrondissement in the heart of Saint-Germain des Prés, Alcazar, is a staple in the Parisian dining scene. This exclusive restaurant offers diners not only a laid back dining experience by day but transforms at night into vibrant, fun loving venue, with acts and DJ’s playing music into the early hours.
A bit about what you will be doing:
We are looking for a passionate and dynamic General Manager, who can ensure delivery of exceptional, refined service to all our guests.
You will be the driving force behind the offering; not only leading the day to day running but developing it’s strategic, commercial approach to remain the go to venue in Paris. You will be passionate about food and beverage, people and being part of a thriving night scene. Late night, lifestyle venue experience is a must for this role.
The right candidate must have full confidence in the running of a premium business and have full P&L accountability. You will also have financially astute with a sharp understanding of business finance in order to maximise sales and exceed targets.
Main Responsibilities:
• Exceptional service standards and attention to detail
• Advance financial knowledge
• Support in the development of a motivated and high performing team committed to delivering clear goals
• Manage the full operation of the venue
• Identify areas for growth and commercial opportunities
• Management of the restaurant budgets, pay role and all financial aspects of the restaurant
• Previous experience of working as aGeneral Manager in a similar environment
• Actively seek guest feedback, responding accurately and adapting as necessary
• Overall you will have bags of personality, enthusiasm and a can-do attitude
Due to the location of this role, you must be a fluent French speaker.
