Ce qui vous attend :

En tant que Salesforce Developer, vous allez rejoindre l'équipe Salesforce
dédiée composée de 4 personnes (Tech Lead, Business Analysts, Manager). Vous
participerez au développement de l'environnement Salesforce afin d'adapter la
solution aux besoins des différentes équipes.

Votre rôle au sein de cette équipe :
- Développement
: Vous garantissez le développement et l'amélioration
de la plateforme Salesforce via la traduction des exigences opérationnelles en
solutions techniques. De plus, vous trouvez des solutions à des problématiques
techniques diverses (pure customisation Salesforce, intégration d'application,
Expérience Cloud). Vous mettez en place des guidelines et vous respectez les
best practices Salesforce.

Interactions
en interne : Vous
travaillez en étroite collaboration avec les différentes équipes utilisatrices
de la plateforme afin de l'adapter à leurs besoins spécifiques : avec le Marketing,
les Sales, les CSM, le Delivery, l'ADV, les Sales.

Gestion
de projet : Il y a différents
projets en cours afin de contribuer à l'évolution de la solution en interne.
Vous participerez notamment au projet Portail Client qui consiste à maximiser l'autonomie
des clients dans la création des tickets, le suivi de ces tickets, l'historique
ainsi que les résolutions. La première version vient d'être lancée, votre rôle
sera alors de l'améliorer en apportant de nouvelles fonctionnalités.

Consultant Senior expert dans la technologie Salesforce Sales et Service Cloud.
Sa casquette de chef de projet l'a amené sur des problématiques
d'implémentation touchant différents secteurs comme la banque et assurance, le
retail et la santé. Il nous a rejoint en
tant que chef de projet Salesforce puis a évolué comme Manager IT au sein de la
DSI finance.
