Fondé par Anthony Bourbon, Entrepreneur, Investisseur et Jury de l’émission “Qui veut être mon associé” sur M6, le Blast.Club a pour ambition d’organiser plus de 50 levées de fonds par an sur des tours de Pré-Seed et Seed uniquement. Avec une équipe constituée d’entrepreneurs aguerris, nous sommes à la recherche d’un Investment Manager avec un fort mindset entrepreneurial.


Rattaché directement au Head of Investment Managers, l’Investment Manager aura les missions suivantes :


Sélection des opérations

  • Présélection des opérations en conformité avec la thèse d’investissement du Club
  • Analyse quantitative et qualitative des startups présélectionnées (environ 3 par semaine) par le biais, notamment, de rencontres avec les fondateurs,
  • Présentation de la synthèse lors d’un comité de sélection avec la direction Blast,
  • Participation aux négociations commerciales avec la direction Blast,
  • Mise en ligne des opérations en coordination avec les équipes juridique et marketing.


Suivi des participations

  • Gestion d’un portefeuille de startups dans lesquelles le Club a investi,
  • Préparation et participation aux boards trimestriels,
  • Anticipation des difficultés et proposition des actions correctrices,
  • Analyse des rapports d’activité et préparation d’une synthèse à destination des membres du Club.


Profil recherché:

  • De formation bac +5 avec une spécialisation en analyse financière, investissement ou entrepreneuriat,
  • Expérience de 3 à 5 ans au sein d’un fonds d’investissement, d’un incubateur ou d’un club d’investisseurs privés sur un poste similaire,
  • Un très fort intérêt pour l’univers Startups.
  • Être très autonome, exigeant, curieux et savoir toujours revenir à l’essentiel.
