Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the definition, management, implementation, and reporting of major initiatives and projects across the EMEA region
  • Support users within ERP application architecture with a focus on Manufacturing, QC, Supply chain, and Finance
  • Ensure that projects are properly designed, the scope is clear, well documented and approved, and any change of scope follows the dedicated approval flow
  • Ensure that projects are delivered on time, in budget and to the required quality specifications
  • Anticipate and proactively manage any project risks or issues, escalating any issues that cannot be resolved to the appropriate project sponsor
  • Work with respective groups in developing and implementing project scope, schedules and cost estimates and KPIs
  • Provide accurate updates on project schedule as well as costs and spending forecasts according to the corporate calendar
  • Review deliverables and ensure that any lessons learned are documented and disseminated in the organization
  • Build strong relationships at all levels of the organization


Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years of proven experience as a Project Manager.
  • Expertise: Demonstrable experience in ERP Implementation, with a strong focus on Manufacturing, Quality Control (QC), Supply Chain, and Finance.
  • Collaboration: Ability to discuss process changes and improvements with stakeholders and leaders, ensuring effective implementation.
  • Negotiation: Proficiency in preparing contract negotiations, managing Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with both third-party vendors and internal partners, and ensuring compliance within agreed SLAs.
  • Problem Solving: Capable of investigating difficulties related to asset management systems in conjunction with manufacturing systems and hardware, in collaboration with suppliers and/or global IT.
  • Leadership: Skilled in naming IT responsible persons in departments/sites within the Business Unit, and preparing/managing matrices of roles and responsibilities.
  • Coordination: Ensure global systems' requirements are communicated and approved by stakeholders across the Group before implementation.
  • User Engagement: Work closely with end users to define problem areas or improvement needs.
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to research alternatives, identify costs, benefits, and risks when applicable.
  • Knowledge of MS Project is advantageous.
  • Industry Experience: Previous experience in the Pharmaceutical or Healthcare environment is preferred.
  • Communication: Excellent organizational and time management skills, along with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Multilingualism: Fluency in English (spoken and written) and in French (spoken and written), Spanish, or Dutch is a benefit.
  • Background Check: Candidates must provide a Criminal Record Extract not older than three months.
