Your missions, as an RPO expert, would encompass:
- Management of recruitment processes from A to Z
- Elaboration of robust and efficient sourcing strategies
- Definition of solid interview methodologies

- Deal with C-levels and demanding stakeholders

Your profile
We'll be super excited to collaborate with you if you:
- have a strong entrepreneurial appetite
- have a real expertise in Tech and / or Sales recruitment
- have a bilingual / native English and French level
- have at least 5 years of successful EMEA recruitment experience, working with top and fast-growing startups and scale-ups in France and Europe.
- are based in Paris and able to be at least 3 days per week in the office working with the teams
