Notre client est une entreprise technologique mondiale en pleine croissance, spécialisée dans les systèmes de casiers intelligents. Avec sa technologie de casiers intelligents, il a pour mission de permettre au monde de travailler de manière dynamique et flexible. Avec plus d'un million de casiers intelligents installés, il a le privilège de travailler pour des clients des plus grandes marques, comme Nike, EY, Lego, Microsoft et Deloitte. Leader du marché, il prévoit de doubler de taille au cours des trois prochaines années. Notre client compte actuellement 100 collaborateurs très motivés et dynamiques, basés dans 8 pays, avec des déploiements sur tous les continents. La France est un marché clé pour l'entreprise, qui a élargi rapidement sa base de clients en France et a livré sa solution à des entreprises telles que Groupe BPCE, Capgemini, AXA et LVMH. Le marché est à prendre et il n'y a aucune limite à sa croissance. Notre client recherche un Regional Sales Manager France. Il s'agit d'un rôle à temps plein en télétravail.

Vous êtes responsable de la gestion et de la croissance des ventes à Paris. Cela inclut le développement et l'exécution de stratégies de vente, l'identification et la poursuite de nouvelles opportunités commerciales, la construction et le maintien de relations avec les clients clés et l'atteinte des objectifs de vente.
Vous rejoignez un Responsable des ventes en France, qui a établi l'entreprise comme leader du marché ces dernières années. Une fois que vous serez installé et que vous aurez une bonne compréhension du marché parisien, le Responsable des ventes se concentrera sur les zones en dehors de Paris pour renforcer davantage la position de notre client dans la région. En tant que Regional Sales Manager France, vous collaborez également étroitement avec des équipes transversales pour assurer la satisfaction des clients et stimuler la croissance de l'entreprise.


Vous êtes une personne autonome, à l'aise pour travailler de manière indépendante, tout en étant un joueur d'équipe absolu, confiant, déterminé et persévérant, mais surtout avec qui il est agréable de travailler. Qualifications :
  • Expérience avérée dans la vente directe et le développement commercial (minimum 3 ans consécutifs dans le même rôle).
  • Expérience dans la vente B2B, de préférence dans l'industrie du contrôle d'accès, de la télématique ou de la technologie de lieu de travail où les solutions comprennent du matériel et des logiciels (SaaS) (minimum 8 ans d'expérience en vente).
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et en présentation.
  • Français (bilingue) et anglais (bonne maîtrise).
  • Orienté résultats et motivé.
  • Capacité à travailler de manière indépendante et à distance.
  • Diplôme de niveau Licence en commerce ou dans un domaine connexe.
  • La connaissance de la technologie des casiers intelligents et des solutions de lieu de travail flexible est un plus.
  • Prêt à voyager régulièrement à travers la France et aux Pays-Bas pour des réunions avec l'équipe.
