Servicing more than 250+ clients across 4 continents and targeting all non-life insurance carriers, we focus on more mature markets for faster expansion.
As part of our growing Sales team, you will be focusing on further developing Akur8’s footprint with Large Accounts and Mid-Market across Spain and Latin America.
Both independently and with the help of local sales partners, Sales Executive will leverage their previous commercial experience to close business.
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for owning your territory and the associated quota
Pitching and negotiating with a variety of stakeholders (Technical Directors, Procurement, Senior Management)
Working on and submitting proposals, as well as negotiating contracts with clients
You will be based in our Paris office. We are looking for a top-performer with 6+ years of experience in complex B2B sales and a strong aptitude for technology, eager to grow their knowledge in SaaS, actuarial science and machine learning. You have 6+ years of experience in complex B2B sales, as an Account Manager, Sales Executive or Customer Success Manager - an experience in a SaaS company or in the insurance space is a plus
You are familiar with sales protocols and SaaS company processes, use of CRMs (bonus points for experience with Salesforce), Slack communication, multi-teams interactions. You possess the level-head required to project manage both smaller (~90K) and larger (200K - 300K) contracts, with excellent presentation skills to navigate medium to long sales cycles
You have proven expertise in business development and a track record of mastering sales strategies for complex deep-tech SaaS products. You excel at defining tailored closing plans for each opportunity, with clear, proactive actions to drive success
Fluent English is mandatory, as it is the work language at Akur8.
You will need to show motivation toward achieving the sales target and demonstrate a sincere interest in Akur8, both as a company and in the solutions we offer
In the international context of the company, any additional languages are a definite bonus
