As a member of the Executive Committee, the International Sales Director will hold a very strategic role in the global business development, from ideation to implementation.
You will unlock new opportunities with Retailers and distributors to increase sales, distribution and profitability of the full portfolio in Export Markets.
As part of this role, you will be responsible for deploying a direct approach to European retailers (off-premise chains, travel retail, e-commerce key players), at the same time you manage a team of export managers to dynamize and develop importers & agents all over the world.

Establish the sales strategy , in conjunction with the Managing Director: pricing, distribution, promotion, product/channel strategy to meet the company goals. Make fact and data-based recommendations regarding the route-to-market strategy; Assess the performance and capabilities of the distributors to develop the brands in the territory (salesforce, market penetration, marketing capabilities, brand portfolio)
Forecasting : communicate regular updated Sales and Spend forecasts to management and Operations, for both commercial and production purposes.
Act as a Key Account Manager in Europe with Off Trade Chains , Travel Retail (Duty Free, Airlines, Cruises), E-commerce Key Players. At least 5+ years of experience in a Senior Export management role in the Premium Wine & Spirits business.
Existing solid relationships with key Accounts, especially in Europe: supermarkets Chains, Wine retailers, Hotel and restaurant Chains.
Sound understanding of the Wine Category Management and Retail.
Knowledge of Travel Retail and E-Commerce key players is a plus.
Successful track-records in sales negotiations, ability to work autonomously in a proactive manner to develop new business.
Bachelor’s or MSc’s degree in business administration or international management.
Excellent written and oral communication in French and English. Data-driven/ analytical skills, ability to manage a P&L and sales dashboard.
