For our division "KPM Finance and Accounting" we are looking for a Application Consultant Infoma Support in the area of taxes and duties (m/f/d)
The position can be based at our office in Darmstadt, Gießen, Kassel or Fulda. This position is a full-time position, which is in principle divisible.

Your tasks and responsibilities- Supporting and advising customers on technical and, in particular, procedural issues, taking into account the legal basis in the area of taxes and duties for the Infoma process we use
- You will be responsible for 1st and 2nd level support
- You rectify faults in the specialist process
- Development and implementation of proposals / measures to avoid malfunctions and optimize ongoing operations
- The provision of workarounds for specialist processes caused by the disruption is part of your responsibilities
- Collaboration with 3rd level support
- You implement the goals and requirements on time and on your own responsibility with a high level of customer and team orientation
The level of pay is based on a salary up to EG 10 TVöD (VKA) and will be subject to a final individual assessment and personal qualifications.

What you bring with you- A degree in public administration with a Bachelor's degree, administrative informatics or completed vocational training in IT or (public) administration with preferably a corresponding additional qualification as an administrative specialist or administrative business economist (m/f/d)
- Relevant professional experience or comparable professional experience in the financial sector
- In-depth knowledge of taxes and duties, especially in the areas of annual invoicing and consumption billing
- Knowledge in the area of Infoma is desirable
- Strong communication skills and a high degree of service and customer orientation
- Solution-oriented and independent way of working
- Ability to work in a team
- Very good written and spoken German skills
- Driving license class B and willingness to travel (mainly in Hesse)
