Pernod Ricard is looking for an International Retail Data Analyst to ensure the management of all data related to international customers in high collaboration with International Key Account Managers (IKAMs) and Market Companies all over the word. You will be based at The Island, our office in central Paris.
Your key missions:
The International Retail Data Analyst will be responsible for ensuring data reliability, availability and compliance with negotiated contracts.
Based on data consolidation, this position will also build reports to disseminate appropriate and sensitive information to market companies and finance department in Headquarters (HQ).
You will Manage and consolidate sensitive turnover data from Market Companies
- Validate and process data received to ensure relevance and reliability
- Consolidate all data according to negotiated agreements
- Assist International Key Account Managers in global negotiations, providing the necessary business data via accurate reports to enable account management
- Disseminate appropriate information across PR HQ, and all PR affiliates involved (30 countries)at every step of budget process for Commercial and Financial levels
- Management of payment linked to ICAs and internal reinvoicing to Market Cos involved
- Owner of the Web ICA Platform to ensure continuous improvement of the tool with external provider and PR IT teams
You will be the key point of contact for datasharing counterpart of International Agreements
- Unique point of contact vs retailers for datasharing to challenge them about quality and compliance of this counterpart
- Creation and dissemination of sell-out data viewer tools for local KAMs to assess Pernod Ricard performance and trend within retailers
- Key point of contact within Pernod Ricard Digital Transformation journey to integrate sell-out data in specific transformation projects
You will assist with ad hoc analysis on various projects as required
- Participate to any project where data mining skills are required
