**Automotive Cells Company (ACC) is one of Europe’s newest and most exciting high-tech companies. Backed by Saft-Total, Stellantis and Mercedes-Benz,** ACC is set to **power the future of the automotive industry** by innovating in battery technology.
We aim to produce sustainable, affordable, high-capacity, longer-life batteries as a** cleaner alternative to current energy sources**. We have created an R&D center and new state-of-the art facility in Nouvelle Aquitaine, France, and we are building gigafactories in Germany and Italy, in addition to the one already built in Hauts de France.
We need a range of **skilled and agile people** to bring our vision to life, especially in the areas of industrialization, mechanical design, testing/prototyping and any other function of a new-born company. **Job description**:
Overall job definition:
- Contract and price negotiation for Equipment & Innovation purchase
- Contribute to manage the purchasing in ACC specific projetcs
- Contribute to define the purchasing strategies
**Main missions**:
- Sourcing / Launch of tenders / Negotiate and analyze the suppliers’ financial offers
- Establish a synthesis of the offers’ different aspects: technical and contractual, in liaison with the different stakeholders
- Recommend a supplier choice
- Manage the choice contractualization
- Make the Purchase Order
SPECIFIC INNOVATION and PROGRAM SCOPE
- Follow purchasing plan of different projects
- Complex process equipment with technical aspect
**Profile**:
Knowledge:
A technical mindset would be appreciated
Qualifications:
- Master 1 in Business or Engineering
- Good level of English
Key behaviours:
- Can-do mindset,
- Comfortable in cross-functional set-up,
- Communication skills,
- Ready to tackle challenges and autonomy
**Some extra skills which make the difference**:
A former experience in Purchasing and an industrial, chemical, automotive experience are considered as an asset
