Avec 1 100 salariés, le site d’Alstom à La Rochelle est l’un des 15 sites industriels d’Alstom en France. Il est le centre d’excellence mondial pour la conception et la fabrication des Trains à Très Grande Vitesse et des tramways Citadis.
Au sein de l’équipe Engineering, nous recherchons un « Product Cost Engineer » qui sera en charge de l'optimisation d'un produit ou d'un sous-système à travers différents leviers ( les processus de fabrication/d’assemblage, les matières, les épaisseurs...) afin de réduire les coût et gagner en compétitivité.
Vous serez amené à travailler en transversalité et à collaborer avec le bureau d'études, les achats, la maintenance du site et les fournisseurs.
- Piloter des projets d'optimisation de coût d'un produit à travers la conception, les processus de fabrication ou/et d'assemblage
- Définir la méthodologie à appliquer pour calculer le coût technique d'un composant tout au long du cycle de développement
- Apporter une expertise "du coût produit" aux équipes pendant la phase offre et développement
- Participer à la recherche des nouvelles solutions en réalisant des benchmarks
- Collaborer avec les fournisseurs pour affiner l’étude de faisabilité de la proposition en terme de technique et de coût
- Contribuer à renforcer la communication sur les actions menées par le service « design to cost » au sein du site et à l’amélioration du métier de gestion de coût
En coordination avec le service Achats:
- Etablir le support de calcul des coût du composant à l’équipe sourcing
- Être un référent sur un processus ou une famille de produits
De formation ingénieur, vous avez au moins 3 ans d’expérience dans le secteur industriel.
Vous avez une expérience en conception et une culture du couple produit & process industriels (sous-systèmes mécaniques et/ou électriques). Vous avez une sensibilité coût dans vos pilotages projets.
Vous êtes reconnu par votre rigueur, votre curiosité et votre force de proposition. Vous avez une bonne capacité à communiquer avec les autres et possédez un bon esprit de synthèse. Vous êtes capable de travailler en anglais en toute autonomie.
Outils: DMA / CATIA et SAP (GSI)
