Vos responsabilités fonctionnelles pour votre marché agroalimentaire:

- Contribuer aux stratégies de développement de votre marché et de développement de produits en collaboration avec vos collègues.
- Contribuer à l’établissement du budget et des prévisions de ventes.
- Mener des études de marché afin de se positionner et définir les actions commerciales.
- Collaborer avec le responsable produits de votre marché afin d’établir la tarification des produits.
- Définir et suivre les indicateurs clés.
- Définir la stratégie de communication avec une notion de ROI.
- Cibler les conférences / expositions nécessaires au développement de votre marché.

Reporter les actions clés, les tendances marché, les actions concurrentes.

Opérationnelles:

- Maintenir et développer les relations avec les clients existants et les comptes clés.
- Cibler et suivre les prospects avec la force de vente.
- Accompagner techniquement et commercialement la force de vente.
- Mener les audits chez vos clients et prospects.
- Mener et développer des formations en lubrification avec les clients
- Favoriser l’introduction de services FUCHS supplémentaires dans l’industrie agroalimentaire.

Le profil que nous recherchons ?
- Vous avez terminé avec succès vos études en génie mécanique ou en commerce suivies d’une expérience commerciale d’au moins 5 ans dans la vente de produits ou de services liés à l’industrie agroalimentaire.
- Expérience technique dans les opérations et les processus dans le secteur agroalimentaire en tant que responsable maintenance / directeur de production avec au moins 5 ans d’expérience.
- Connaissance des normes et réglementation applicables à l’industrie agroalimentaire.
- Vous avez des compétences techniques pour comprendre et proposer des produits ou des solutions en se concentrant sur les exigences du client et d’excellentes compétences en service à la clientèle.
- De solides compétences en informatique, en présentation et en communication
- Une bonne connaissance de l’anglais est requise
- Flexibilité pour des déplacements sur toute la France fréquents.
