Descriptif du poste
- Rattaché(e) au Directeur CSM, en relation avec les équipes commerciales, vous aurez pour missions:

- Contacter les clients, évaluer leurs taux de satisfaction, anticiper les risques, détecter les besoins en licences et services complémentaires,
- Présenter les nouvelles solutions, les offres de services et proposer des RDVs avec les commerciaux,
- Assurer un suivi transverse et fluidifier les relations entre les services internes et les clients,
- Saisir les informations clients dans le CRM SalesForce et assurer un reporting lors des réunions.

Profil recherché
- Formation bac+2 à bac+5 orientée Commerce,
- Vous avez une première expérience (même stage et alternance) dans des fonctions de relations clients,
- Bonne maîtrise des outils bureautiques, notamment d’un CRM tel que SalesForce,
- Très bon relationnel, organisation, sens du service clients, esprit d’équipe, dynamisme, capacités d’apprentissage,
- Niveau correct en anglais,
- Des connaissances ou expériences dans le domaine des logiciels seront un plus.
