En lien direct avec la Direction Global Strategy & Synergies vous contribuerez à l’identification d’opportunités de croissance et au partage des bonnes pratiques. Vous travaillerez dans un environnement international, multiculturel, alliant vision stratégique et action opérationnelle.
**Vous excellerez et vous épanouirez dans ce poste si vous êtes prêt à travailler sur les missions suivantes**:
- Identifier et mesurer les tendances des marchés, les performances de Sephora et de ses principaux concurrents
- Contribuer à quantifier les opportunités de développement pour Sephora et raffiner nos modèles prédictifs de croissance
- Accélérer le partage de bonnes pratiques à l’échelle mondiale en supportant des projets internationaux ad hoc
**N’hésitez plus à postuler si vous avez ou si vous êtes**
- De formation école d’ingénieur ou de commerce, M1 ou M2
- Intéressé(e) par le Retail, physique & online et le monde de la beauté
- Analytique et rigoureux.se, avec une appétence pour les chiffres (bonne maitrise d'Excel exigée)
- Doté d’une bonne communication écrite et orale, capable de synthétiser et restituer les messages clefs (maitrise de Powerpoint appréciée)
- Dynamique et pro-acti.ve, avec un sens fort des responsabilités et une capacité à conduire de manière autonome ses sujets
- Anglais courant à l’écrit comme à l’oral

As a Global Strategy & Synergies Analyst, you will play a key role in monitoring our growth and exploring expansion opportunities and will contribute to further leverage our global scale by sharing best practices. You will work in an international & multicultural environment and stretch data to shape operational strategies.

- Drive market intelligence, capture key market trends and monitor the performance of Sephora and key competitors
- Contribute to quantification of development opportunities for Sephora and work on predictive growth modelling
