Nous recherchons actuellement un Technical Lead afin de renforcer notre équipe. En tant que Tech Lead vous participerez activement aux projets d'intégration ou d'évolution de solutions MES (Manufacturing Execution System) et accompagnerez une équipe de 2 à 5 analystes développeurs par projet. Vous évoluerez dans un contexte multi projets, multi client et serez impliquez de la conception des projets jusqu'à leur déploiement.

**Ce que vous ferez**:

- Encadrer, accompagner et coacher les analystes développeurs ;
- Répartir les tâches et la charge de travail des analystes développeurs MES ;
- Prendre en charge la réalisation technique et fonctionnelle des projets d'intégration (configuration et développement) ;
- Participer activement aux phases de conception des projets avec le client ;
- Effectuer le chiffrage les projets ;
- Participer activement aux réunions de lancement de projet et aux ateliers afin de clarifier et de préciser les besoins clients ;
- Travailler de concert avec les Architectes de solutions sur les projets les plus complexes ;
- Être le garant des spécifications fonctionnelles et techniques de la solution ;
- Transmettre les spécifications à l'équipe de développement et s'assurer de leur bonne compréhension ;
- Mettre en place les Best Practices - Développement ;
- S'assurer de l'avancement des phases de développement en reportant au Chef de projet ;
- Assurer les taches de développement applicatif lorsque nécessaire.

**Profil recherché
**Ce que nous cherchons**:

- Formation Bac + 3 en informatique ou Formation Bac +5 en informatique avec une expérience de 4 ans
- Connaissances des méthodologies : Agile, Cycle en V
- Langages et Framework : C#,.NET, Javascript, HTML, CSS
- Connaissances approfondies des bases de données SQL
- Un.e leader, autonome, rigoureux.se et capable de mobiliser et d'accompagner des équipes techniques
