The Danone Academy global team is looking for a Global Learning Manager to lead the design of functional learning strategy & roadmap, craft learning portfolio, manage the design of relevant global learning solutions to support the competency development of Danoners as well as implementation of business imperatives.

MISSIONS:
1/ Lead the design function learning strategy and roadmap
- Work with functional team to understand the capabilities gaps and needs of the function to reach business objectives
- Lead the discussion at functional board to align the learning strategy, priorities, and roadmap to reach the development objective
2/ Craft learning portfolio and lead the design of learning solutions
- Based on the learning strategy, craft the learning portfolio to support the development needs of Danoners in scope
- Lead the design of learning solutions with a strong emphasis on blended journey approach (workshops, e-learning, video learning and other digital learning assets, networking, on-the job support, outside-in learning, etc.) and act as project manager in collaboration with SMEs to design & develop pedagogical scenarios & tools
- Drive learning innovation by being connected to international learning tendencies (networking and conferences, benchmarking, etc.)
- Manage suppliers & contracts (financial & legal side) & long-term relationships with external providers
3/ Support local teams in the deployment of the learning solutions
- Set deployment goal and develop deployment guidelines in line with learning strategy as soon as the learning solution design process starts
- Liaise with local learning teams to ensure proper handover of global programs by creating clear and executable delivery packs
- Monitor deployment status & ensure smooth communication with local
- Promote local best practice sharing in cross-country forums
- Support in driving engagement by actively animating the Learning community
- Develop with the function the adequate internal trainers community when needed
- Develop proper ways to assess the impact of the learning solutions
À propos de vous:
- You have 5-8+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, or relevant related HR experience
- Previous experience in commercial roles, close collaboration with MKT teams highly appreciated and a definite plus
- You are an experienced business partner, easily building relations with stakeholders in complex, matrix, multicultural environments.
- You have strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task effectively.
- You have excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills.
- You are fluent in Other languages are welcome (French/ Spanish/ etc).
