Vous souhaitez coordonner un projet de A à Z dans un secteur stratégique ?
Rattaché à la Direction de Projets, vous prendrez en charge et piloterez de manière autonome les projets qui vous seront confiés.

Responsable d’une équipe de 5 à 30 collaborateurs, vous interviendrez dans un contexte Agile impliquant les utilisateurs finaux.
En qualité de Chef de projet, vous êtes l'interlocuteur privilégié avec le client, les partenaires, les sociétés sous-traitantes et les collaborateurs pour coordonner les actions à mettre en place. Vous êtes garant du contrat qui lie Sopra Steria et ses partenaires.
**Votre rôle et missions**:
- **Piloter les opérations**:
- Piloter et animer une équipe de développeurs dans la réussite de la mission
- Identifier les risques du projet, les plans d'actions associés et en assurer le suivi
- Construire et maintenir une relation de confiance avec le client
- Assurer le delivery dans le respect des engagements forfaitaires (délais, qualité, coûts)
- Challenger votre équipe pour répondre aux mieux aux besoins fonctionnels et techniques de vos clients.
- **Piloter le contrat**:
- Gérer la rentabilité, la facturation et le reporting interne du projet en collaboration avec la Direction de projets.

**Qualifications** Votre profil**:
Diplômé d'une école d'Ingénieur ou équivalent Universitaire, vous avez une expérience significative dans la conduite de projets autour des systèmes d'information.
Vous avez l'âme d'un entrepreneur et êtes passionné par le pilotage, l'encadrement et le management d'équipe. Vous avez le sens de l'humain et de l'engagement, vous êtes rigoureux et avez le goût du travail en équipe.
**Vous êtes déjà intervenu(e) dans le cadre de projets au forfait, en ESN.**
