Talent acquisition specialiste

Notre métier consiste à accompagner nos clients dans la consolidation de leurs besoins en production digitale, à leur conseiller les bonnes solutions de production et à leur proposer les ressources pour les mettre en œuvre.

Pour accompagner notre developpement, nous devons continuer à détecter les meilleurs experts afin de garantir à nos clients un très haut niveau de service.

Vos missions seront les suivantes:

- Définir une stratégie : vous analysez notre activité pour anticiper les besoins d’experts et définir les stratégies de sourcing.
- developper la marque employeur : vous publiez des annonces attractives sur les sites adaptés.
- Détecter les meilleurs talents en Design, Gestion de projet et en Développement web., de les contacter de manière pro-active et présenter notre activité, nos méthodes, nos clients. et de recueillir leurs envies, objectifs et ambitions afin de les référencer correctement.
- Optimiser, utiliser, et compléter notre vivier de talents. et assurer le suivi des profils d’experts afin de conserver un vivier à jour.

Vous etes:
Vous êtes sensible au design, et êtes familier avec les technologies web et les méthodes modernes de gestion de proj

Vous avez au moins 2 ans d’expérience en recrutement et / ou sourcing dans le secteur Digital, acquise idealement dans une agence de communication, ou un cabinet de de conseil ou ESN

Vous connaissez parfaitement l’écosystème web, ses usages, ses outils et ses acteurs.

Énergique, organisé(e) et autonome, vous savez faire preuve de persévérance dans la recherche de profils et de solutions de sourcing innovantes

Le sens de l'humour, la bonne humeur seraient vivement appréciés.
