**Description du poste**:
Au sein d’équipes projets, vous pourrez être en charge des missions suivantes:
Accompagner les métiers dans la définition et la modélisation de leurs besoins (ou uses-cases), et
traduire ces exigences en solutions Data.
Etre le point d’entrée des métiers pour l’étude, le cadrage et la mise en œuvre des projets liées à
l’exploitation des données et l’élaboration de tableaux de bord.
Organiser et piloter des comités métiers réguliers permettant de recueillir les besoins et d’arbitrer
les priorités.
Réaliser des études amont : études d’opportunité, cadrage, PoC, roadmap data, etc.
Participer à l’élaboration de la gouvernance des données (principes, normes )
Etre garant des données pilotées par la socle Data sur les domaines métiers gérés.
cadrage, spécifications, modélisation
Assurer le lien entre les interlocuteurs métier et les interlocuteurs techniques, et notamment fournir
les éléments nécessaires aux équipes de développement.
Définir les stratégies de recette data
Etre force de proposition sur les pratiques Data, la gouvernance, les besoins métiers
Appliquer la méthodologie du Groupe ORPEA
Assurer le reporting d’avancement des projets au Responsable Data et à la DSI

**Profil**:
De formation Bac+5 (Ecole d’Ingénieur, Université, Ecole de Commerce ou équivalent), vous disposez
d’une expérience confirmée dans la Data (Dataviz, Alimentation, Data Science, Big Data, Data
Gouvernance, MDM) et disposez des compétences suivantes:
Vous avez des expériences significatives sur des projets ou des missions Data en tant que
professionnelles et personnelles serait apprécié) dans un environnement IT (dans un contexte
international serait un plus appréciable).
Vous connaissez le cycle de vie de la Data et des architectures, des sources jusqu’à leur
exposition aux utilisateurs
Vous avez une capacité à accompagner les Métiers dans l’expression et la traduction de leurs
besoins et à les faire monter en maturité sur les usages de la Data
Vous disposez de solides connaissances techniques en outil BI : ETL / Dataviz
Vous avez un excellent relationnel et le sens du service
Vous êtes proactif dans l’analyse des besoins
Vous avez des compétences rédactionnelles vous permettant d’exprimer les exigences Data
sous forme de spécifications fonctionnelles
Vous êtes pédagogue, bon communiquant, autonome, vous aimez travailler en équipe
Vous vous intéressez à l’innovation, en particulier dans le domaine de la Data
Vous avez un minimum de 8 ans d’expérience sur des projets Data en entreprise ou en cabinet
de conseil.
La connaissance de l’outil QlikSense serait un plus.
