**Global Account Manager H/F - Région de Lyon**

**Descriptif du poste**:
En tant que Global Account Manager, sous la responsabilité du Directeur Commercial, vous intégrez la Direction Sales composée d’une vingtaine de commerciaux.

En binôme avec le Directeur Commercial, nous vous confirons le développement de l’activité d’Opteamis dans la région Lyonnaise, ainsi, vos principales missions seront les suivantes:
**Développer votre portefeuille clients**:

- Définir et mettre en place une stratégie commerciale efficace avec comme objectif l’ouverture de nouveaux comptes clients : prospection téléphonique, présentation, démonstration, slideshow, réponse aux RFP
- Gérer dans la durée un réseau de relations clients à très haut niveau ;
- Etablir des objectifs de vente à moyen et long terme et suivre leur réalisation ;
- Analyser les besoins clients et y répondre (appel d’offres, rédaction de propositions commerciales, planification d’entretiens, etc ) ;
- Gérer les négociations financières et contractuelles ;
- Créer de l’intimité client, organise des points réguliers avec les clients (points de suivi mission consultant, déjeuners, etc ).

**Administrer**:

- Piloter le reporting commercial et le recouvrement ;
- Faire appliquer les règles et procédures du Groupe ;
- Collecter et récupérer les documents juridiques des clients et des partenaires, accompagner le pôle Contract Manager dans la rédaction des contrats ;
- S’assurer des renouvellements des contrats et des avenants ;
- Gérer la facturation en lien avec l’équipe Office.

**Management**:

- Mettre en place une équipe permettant de répondre à l’ensemble des demandes clients.

**Profil recherché**:
Vous avez minimum 6 ans d’expérience dans le domaine commercial

Vous avez une expérience significative dans le management client et management d’équipe

Vous êtes organisé(e), polyvalent(e), rigoureux(se) et avez un esprit de synthèse

Vous maitrisez les enjeux sectoriels (IT)

Vous parlez et écrivez Anglais.
