Neosilver est une Startup sociale (ESUS), soutenue par la caisse de retraite, dont la mission est de lutter contre l’isolement social et la perte d’autonomie des seniors au travers d’activités de loisirs et de prévention (bien-être, art et culture).

Aujourd’hui dans les locaux de Wework et accélérés par WILCO, Vivalab, et Antropia à L’ESSEC. Tous les indicateurs sont au vert pour la poursuite de cette belle aventure française

La mission de Neosilver est de permettre à nos parents et à nos grands-parents, à domicile ou en établissements seniors (EHPAD, résidences autonomies, résidences services), de rester autonomes et heureux, le plus longtemps possible, en favorisant l’accès (horaires, tarifs, à proximité ou par visio) à des activités collectives adaptées (sans les stigmatiser) et encadrées par des professionnels qualifiés

Vos missions

Notre jeune pousse cherche un(e) Team Leader Ops/ CSM pour nous aider à co-construire ce qui sera demain le partenaire indispensable de tous les retraités(ées) de France et à l’étranger. Au sein d’une équipe dynamique, tu seras à la tête d'une équipe grandissante tout en gardant un vrai rôle opérationnel. De plus, tu travailleras main dans la main avec le directeur commercial et les business developers.

**Missions**:
**Managériales**:

- Être le manager d’une équipe grandissante
- Participer au recrutement et à l’onboarding des nouveaux collaborateurs
- Mettre en place et suivre les KPIs de l’équipe
- Être garant du bon déploiement de l’activité ainsi que de la satisfaction client

**Opérationnelles**:

- Identifier et prospecter nos partenaires professionnels via différents canaux
- Qualifier et suivre les partenaires en collaboration avec les business developer
- Animer la communauté de professionnels (mise en place de webinaires, événements, workshops )
- S’assurer de la bonne coordination des opérations
- Assurer le suivi des interventions de nos partenaires en résidence
- Mettre en place le processus de recrutement et d’onboarding des partenaires
- Gérer et alimenter le CRM (Hubspot)
