**Le cabinet de recrutement CRDL** **situé à Maubeuge** recherche pour l'une de ses entreprises clientes, **un Contract Manager H/F**.

**Missions et objectifs**:
Le contact manager apportera son expertise juridique en soutien aux chefs de projets pour:

- Répondre aux réclamations clients,
- Pour aider à ouvrir des réclamations vers les clients (renégociation de contrats),
- Pour participer aux échanges avec les assurances en cas de litige,
- Apporter une aide juridique.

Le contract manager est rattaché directement au directeur des projets.
- De préférence 3 ans minimum dans une fonction similaire ou en qualité de juriste, idéalement dans l’industrie,
- Être à l’aise à l’oral et à l’écrit, en français et en anglais lors d’échange interne et externe ( avec des clients ou des fournisseurs),
- Bon esprit de synthèse, capacité de prendre les bonnes décisions en autonomie.
