En tant que Manager de salle vos missions principales seront:

- de coordonner et de veiller à la qualité de service
- de s'assurer de la satisfaction du client
- de manager et former les équipes
- de veiller au respect des normes d'hygiène et de sécurité
- d'assister le Directeur sur la gestion des planning et la gestion commerciale
- de participer à l’animation du site

L'esprit d'équipe, une priorité Il faudra être autonome dans vos tâches : une première expérience est donc obligatoire.

Attitude professionnelle, sourire et réactivité sont les qualités que nous recherchons pour ce poste.

Plannings tournants et modulables dans la limite du raisonnable (une coupure maximum par semaine).
