**Le **role**:
Au sein du Département Sinistres et sous l’autorité du Responsable Sinistres Transports, et dans les respects des procédures et règles internes, vous êtes chargé(e) de procéder à la gestion des sinistres transport (facultés et RC contractuelle, propre compte).Within the Claims Department and reporting to the Claims Supervisor - Marine, and in line with internal procedures and rules, you are responsible for managing Marine claims (faculties and contractual liability, own account).
**Les missions**:
- Analyser les déclarations et ouvrir les sinistres dans l’applicatif, les réserver, le cas échéant missionner les experts ou avocats
- Analyser les garanties et calculer les indemnités dues
- Procéder au règlement des dossiers et exercer les recours
- Procéder à la revue régulière des dossiers (vérification des provisions, avancement du dossier, reporting)
- Délivrer aux clients internes et externes une qualité de service conforme aux standards Tokio Marine
- Interactions avec la souscription, la comptabilité et la compliance

- Analyse the guarantees and calculate the compensation due
- Settle cases and exercise appeals
- Conduct regular reviews of the files (verification of provisions, progress of the file, reporting, etc.)
- Provide internal and external clients with a quality of service that complies with Tokio Marine standards
- Interactions with underwriting, accounting and compliance

- Maitrise du Pack Office
- Anglais professionnel - aisance à l’écrit

- Mandatory knowledge of transport insurance (faculties and contractual liability), applicable conventions, incoterms, recourse
