**Summary**:
The Analyst, Finance decision support for Baxter’s $400M HST Western Europe, primary role is to lead the development and tracking of KPI at the regional level to drive better decision regionally and locally by the business.

He will be responsible for developing smart self service tools for the business to address performance gaps and growth opportunities.

Secondary he will support on FRBNL and SEU clusters. Responsible for leading all aspects of the financial operations of the business along with decision support tools and ideas to drive both short and long-term strategies.

**Essential duties and responsibilities**:
Provide insightful analytics and tools to help business leaders decision making.
- Take initiatives to help business development and profitability enhancement.
- Ensure sustainability and maintenance of developed solutions together with required training, documentation and patching.
- Provide finance oversight and management of the financial statements including consolidating results, variance drivers, trends, risks and opportunities.
- Lead proactively all operating forecast updates throughout the year and address topics with a continuous improvement mentality with a close bound with the HST organization.
- Develop deep understanding of the product portfolio & market dynamics.
- Help to implement strong governance of commercial initiatives.
