**Mission**:

- Dans le cadre du rapprochement des Groupes PAREDES & ORAPI et de la naissance future du Groupe PAREDES ORAPI (« GPO »), la Présidence des Groupes PAREDES & ORAPI recherche
- **son futur « PMO » (Project Manager Office)**.Rattaché(e) directement au Président des Groupes PAREDES & ORAPI, vous serez notamment chargé(e) du suivi des décisions prises en Comité Exécutif PAREDES et en Comité Exécutif ORAPI, de coordonner le bon avancement des projets de convergence qui seront pilotés via 4 Comités Stratégiques GPO (Offre produits, Production/Supply Chain, SI/Digital, RH/RSE/Immo) et des chantiers du plan stratégique long terme CAPN°1

**VOS MISSIONS**:

- Participer aux réunions des instances de direction des deux Groupes : Comités Exécutifs, Comités Stratégiques Opérationnels, Club GPO 40 (séminaire des 40 principaux Directeurs),
- Rédiger les comptes-rendus des réunions de ces instances et suivre l'exécution des décisions prises,
- Planifier le Plan CAPN°1 et le plan de Convergence GPO, animer l’avancement de ces plans et remonter les points critiques vers les Comités Exécutifs et la Présidence,
- Elaborer des supports de présentation et de pilotage pour l’animation des réunions d’avancement des Plans,
- Suivre les Risques & Opportunités des Plans et en déduire les potentiels impacts,
- Animer les reportings des Plans en pilotant les différents indicateurs et KPI's,
- Analyser les écarts et dérives et proposer des plans d’actions correctifs.

**Profil**:

- Vous êtes diplômé(e) d’une Ecole d’Ingénieur(e)s, de Commerce ou êtes titulaire d’un Master 2 en Economie/Gestion,
- Vous possédez une expérience en gestion de projet idéalement dans un environnement industriel (à mínima 5 ans),
- Vous avez travaillé dans un contexte international et/ou animé des réunions en anglais,
- Vous êtes à même de gérer plusieurs missions en parallèle, en autonomie et avec un fort esprit de synthèse,
- Vous avez un sens de la rigueur et de l’organisation poussé ainsi que de la confidentialité.
- enfin, vous vous caractérisez comme une personne proactive, avec un bon relationnel et un sens fort de la communication ?_

Des déplacements sont à prévoir entre les différentes entités des Groupes PAREDES & ORAPI mais l’essentiel se déroulera sur la région de Lyon. Localisation lyonnaise nécessaire.
