About the job:
The Red Hat Sales team is looking for an Inside Sales Intern to join us in Puteaux, France. In this role, you will be part of a dedicated team of sales account managers and solutions architects and you will be assigned new enterprise accounts for Red Hat in the country. As part of the team, you’ll build long-lasting relationships and expand our business in these accounts. You'll identify, nurture, and close opportunities, track customer data, and master business processes and related tools. As an Inside Sales Intern, you will also work with internal and external partners to expand business and create solutions that serve the best interests of our customers and Red Hat. We are open for a two year internship contract.

What you will do:

- Position and sell Red Hat’s solutions and services within your assigned accounts
- Grow and renew existing customer relationships; discover and develop new business opportunities
- Manage and track customer data using standard customer relationship management (CRM) tools
- Engage with customers and your team on a regular basis

What you will bring:

- Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in France
- Ability to take initiative
- Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills
- Tenacity, passion, results-oriented approach, and ability to learn in a changing environment
- Ability to develop close relationships with customers and partners
- Fluent language skills in French and English
- Available for two-year contract
