**Airbus Helicopters **is looking for a **Data Governance Manager (f/m) **, **based in **Marignane **, France, to join our **Global Business Data Office.**

You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Global Business Data Custodian network, ensuring that Data Governance best practices are routinely used everywhere in the business.

**Your Challenges**:

- Be responsible for supervising the good governance of Global Business’s data,
- Create a network of official Data Custodians who shall act as the sentinels of Global Business’s data.
- Create new Business Objects in the Airbus Helicopters Data Catalogue as required,
- Manage all Data Requests coming into the Global Business Data Office, and liaise with Global Business’s Process
- Owners & Process Improvers to make sure that the data produced by their processes is On-Quality for the whole Company.
- Assist the Data Officer in ensuring that Global Business’s data is properly protected, through a combination of means: data classification, document tagging & ensuring compliance with Company directives (such as G-MET-030). This will include regular internal communication to stakeholders & newcomers.

**Your profile**:
The Data Governance Manager must have a good understanding of:

- Large data models
- The challenges faced when dealing with master data
- Prior experience of working with business processes
- Prior experience of QMS systems
- Prior experience of data catalogues & concepts such as Business Objects & data lifecycle management
- Marketing & Sales process knowledge, particularly relating to SAP data sources & data interactions between SAP & Salesforce
- Transformation initiative
