This role is part of the Master Data Management team, which’s responsibility is to support MDM strategies, requirements and policies aligned to the AXA XL vision.
The role of the MDM Business Analyst is to support with his MDM expertise the CDI migration to EBX for Party and Contract data process: Party Creations, Party Verifications, Remediation and Party Data Quality.
The process comprises of three different wings which are segregated into Insurance Party Operations, Reinsurance Party Operations and Continuous Improvement Team. While being part of the MDM team, in this role, you will additionally focus on supporting the UI definition and the new MDM process to be implemented in Tibco EBX tool.
**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Document the existing process and write the MDM functional design.
- Support the technical team to implement the new MDM process.
- Learn identified processes and Build-up detailed knowledge of all party data systems.
- Assist Team Leader in documenting all aspects of the Process in detail including manuals process, workflows and detailed process maps.
- Report progress and performance made periodically to Team Leader.
- Consistent interaction with Team Leader on any business issues.
- Regular interaction with key stakeholders and project sponsors to understand their needs related to the migration of party data and provide solutions to the business.
- Perform the following main tasks:
- Document and define the new process to support the migration process for new Underwriters systems.
- Share information with business customer community.
- Functional Design, tests and user training for MDM process.
- Support business processes for all segments.
- Data Quality monitoring.
- Support business processes for all segments.
- Fixing Data Quality issues in various system maintained by AXA XL
- Maintenance of Parties in CDI & Tibco EBX
**Skillsets**
- **University Graduate with 8-10 years of experience in MDM process, data analysis/data initiatives, preferably in insurance.**:
- **Good knowledge in Tibco EBX MDM tool.**:
- **Strong problem-solving skills and root cause analysis.**:
- **Strong analytical and time management skills.**:
- Detail oriented, able to analyse and identify discrepancies.
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel & Power Point).
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Client service attitude & experience
- High level of data input accuracy
- Strong Analytical skills
- Proficient in Agile methodology for development and execution
- Commitment to continuous learning, staying current with industry trends
- Experience in working with Data Engineers.
**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: 400.00€ - 450.00€ per day
