**PRODUCT SALES MANAGER**

En tant que Product Sales Manager vos activités principales seront des activités commerciales pour l’Ouest de la France et le Maghreb au sein de tous nos papeteries clients, au fin de développer les volumes des ventes, augmenter les ordres et les ventes nettes. Vous serez en contact direct avec les spécialistes de la maintenance sur site (pour le 60% du temps), les productions manager (20% du temps) et les responsables des achats (20% du temps). Vous serez sous la responsabilité de GSM et en contact régulier avec le MSM.

Pour réussir dans ce poste, vous devrez:

- Donner des réponses claires et vites aux clients
- Renforcer les liens existants avec nos clients et développer de nouvelles relations dans le territoire
- Collecter des informations et définir les besoins
- En étroite collaboration avec les Product Manager, définir les solutions techniques plus compétitives pour les besoins du client ; et préparer l’offre commerciale en respectant la stratégie de notre entreprise.
- Négocier les ordres en prenant en compte le profit du projet
- Suivre l’évolution des projets
- Rester aligné par rapport aux nouvelles technologies développées par l’entreprise et par la concurrence
- Communiquer clairement le projet à tous les départements concernés, une fois que l’ordre a été accepté par le client
- Savoir gérer les conflits
- Communiquer avec les collègues pour supporter le développement de tous les produits et des clients plus en général
- Créer des reports à présenter aux managers internes et aux clients
- Produire des documents commerciaux et techniques ; participer aux conférences et aux formations
- Visiter régulièrement tous les clients
- Suivre des audit techniques
- Supporter les techniciens
- Prendre des mesures sur site

Profil:

- Minimum 5 ans d’expérience dans le secteur mécanique lourde et de la papeterie
- Etudes d’ingénieur mécanique
- Connaissance de la maintenance mécanique
- Permis de conduire valable en France
- Français courant
- Anglais courant
- Excellente capacité de négociation
- Savoir travailler en autonomie et gérer plusieurs projets
- Disponibilité de voyage pour 120-150 jours par an
- Problem solving
- Travail d’équipe
